Join us for five Saturday-morning yoga classes designed for men, encouraging movement and strength in a supportive community. Guided by an experienced yoga teacher the sessions focus on improving mobility, enhancing strength, and boosting energy.

Sea-lions, with their adorable heft and leisurely land habits, remind us of a relaxed and peaceful existence. Often seen horizontally inert, they epitomise a life of snooze and rest. Yet, beneath that serene exterior lies immense strength and a playful elegance waiting to be unleashed.

Yoga for Sea-Lions aims to channel that latent energy and bringing more movement and agility into the lives of wonderful creatures. Imagine them stretching those stubby flippers, twisting their bodies, and engaging in poses that enhance their health and well-being.

Are you a sea lion?

You qualify as a sea-lion if you find that

  • you are not stretching enough
  • you sit a lot during the day
  • you struggle with balance
  • you experience stiffness, tightness or aches
  • your range of motion is limited
  • your physical exercise – like running, cycling or swimming – is one-sided

Yoga isn’t just about the physical movements tho – it’s about awakening that inner vitality and strength.
