10′ Awareness of Breathing (AOB)
Perhaps you can use one, some or all of the below 10-minute mindfulness meditations. If you do, maybe bring the intention to notice differences in the guidance and differences in how they land on you.
The first two with male voices are closest to my mindfulness education – hence old, yet not outdated š The other two with female voices.

Guided meditations – video
Please apologise for the appalling quality of the video. I really just wanted to have one video on this page. So this is it.
Transcript – Awareness of Breathing Practice
Going into a guided Awareness of Breathing practice The intention is to pause and anchor awareness in the present moment experience (like connecting with all senses audio, visual, tactile, olfactory and taste) Here, doing so by paying attention to the bodily sensations of breathing
Whereever you feel the breath most dominantly most vividly – make this the focus of your attention Feeling the breath for example at the nostrils as the stream of air going in and out – cooler on the inhale, warmer on the exhale, maybe feeling the stream of air on the upper lip Or feeling the lower abdomen rising and falling with every inhalation and exhalation
Whenever attention is being pulled or the mind wanders Noticing where attention went for example sounds in the environment (like traffic, chatter, …) or mental events (like thoughts, images, …) and then gently bringing back attention to the focus – here the tactile sensations of breathing
